  1. Please help all you Sparks guru's.....

  3.         I have finally had the time to try and learn Sparks after buying it
  4. over 5 months ago :)

  6. The tutorial I can't get to work is number 3.4 in the manual. This is the
  7. one where you are to get particles
  8. to drip off of some text.
  9.  
  10.         I have followed this to the letter and can't get it to work :(  I
  11. type my text, I 'prick.lwm' i, I run
  12. Getpoints.lwm on it and export it to Layout.  Go to Sparks and type in the
  13. number of points, select source object, select a particle object, press
  14. START and wait.  Go to LW and I get particles eminating from a single
  15. point......Arghhhh. I've tried this a few times and with no
  16. luck....Explosions etc are fine I guess I just 
  17. don't get this side of Sparks.

  19.         On a related note, I can only run the Prick.lwm macro once, and then
  20. it doesn't work after that until
  21. I go into RAM:T and delete the file that it puts there?  Any hints?

  23.         I wish I lived in the states as I would be able to call Jon, but
  24. living in Australia makes it a little
  25. cost prohibitive :)
